11wln Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 11wln ("11wln", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://11wln.bet and all associated services, products, and features offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant-win games, and any exclusive 11wln titles such as Jackpot Bingo and Midas Fortune.

By creating an account, completing the 11wln login process, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise participating in any activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 11wln platform.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.

11wln reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 11wln platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your 11wln account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly should any details change. 11wln shall bear no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11wln login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

11wln shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through a verified 11wln login session are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

11wln supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

All deposits made to 11wln must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds originating from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds pending investigation.

11wln does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which 11wln bears no responsibility. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Any funds identified as originating from fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

11wln offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11wln reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's landing page and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

All bets placed on 11wln — whether on the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, instant-win games, or any other product — are final once confirmed by the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. 11wln shall not be liable for bets placed in error, including wrong selections, incorrect stake amounts, or misunderstood odds.

With respect to the cricket sportsbook and all other sports betting markets on 11wln:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay in processing. 11wln reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the 11wln platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on each event's betting page.
• 11wln reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct directed at 11wln staff or other users.

All content available on the 11wln platform — including but not limited to the 11wln brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game titles (including the exclusive Jackpot Bingo and Midas Fortune titles), software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 11wln or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 11wln platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 11wln content without prior written consent.
• Use the 11wln brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could imply affiliation with or endorsement by 11wln.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any content from the 11wln website.

Any unauthorised use of 11wln intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may be subject to legal action.

11wln is committed to protecting the personal data of all users in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information — including name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data — is governed by the 11wln Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 11wln's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of underage gambling.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Any activity that 11wln reasonably believes poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11wln holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 11wln platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

All disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period cannot be considered.

11wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where any amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a user, 11wln will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification displayed upon your next 11wln login.

Continued use of the 11wln platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
